Tracking Tips
- Your tracking number can be found on your shipping confirmation email or receipt.
- Tracking numbers are usually 10–15 characters long depending on the service used.
- If your shipment does not appear, allow 2–4 hours after pickup for the system to update.
- Enter the tracking number without spaces or special characters.
- In-transit updates may take time depending on network scanning locations.
- Delivered packages will show a final delivery timestamp and receiver confirmation.
- If you see “Exception,” your shipment may require additional review or documentation.
- Tracking results only show basic delivery details for security reasons.
- Contact support if your tracking status has not updated for 48 hours.
